Sounds good! Well, not exactly good, I'm shitty when it comes to confronting my own emotions, but it's a start?

It's definitely a start. Just start practicing. When your powers go haywire, take notes about what triggered it and notes about what helped bring it all back under control. You'll be tossing people around in no time.

Well, I definitely know what triggered it, absolute confusion. But I'll have to see if I can find other emotions or states of mind which might work as well.
