Good afternoon,

I’m Winter Schnee and I’m in need of assistance. This is not a D.A.R.T. matter or related to public safety, it’s a personal matter. I need to know if there is anyone that has information regarding the care of a Warg. For the most part I’m familiar with the diet she had previously, but I’m not certain about the frequency or the amount of exercise and training that I should be providing for her. And I’m doubtful of some of the answers that she has provided me.

In addition, I’m in search of a plumber and carpenter to take care of damages that were recently sustained to our house.

Finally, for anyone that was attempting to reach me in the past weeks, I am now monitoring the network once more and will resume my usual responsibilities at this time. If there is a matter that requires my attention please notify me as soon as possible.

Yes. The same from Deerington when that particular incident occurred. I would appreciate any guidance that you can offer.

I didn't know any of the other ones were still around! We ought to get them together sometime, see if they're friends.

Well, you really don't need to do too much training. I've been figuring that the orcs must have had them trained pretty well to do that whole war mount thing - they're pretty smart, and they already know a lot of commands. You mostly just have to get them to accept you first.

That might prove beneficial. This one's name is Iris, she was previously cared for by Rei Hino until her recent departure.

I thought we were already past that point. But recently she seems to have been less cooperative and responsive.

Well, if I had to guess, she's probably upset that Rei's gone.

I'm not exactly a Warg expert or anything.
But back in the dream there was a period where Rei had been trapped as a spirit and I had helped a little with taking Iris out for walks and exercise.
I'd happy to help out until you get the hang of things.

If you'd like to visit, you're welcome to do so. She has been less agreeable recently, but perhaps having company will help with that.

I'm fine, I've just been busy. She left suddenly and there were a few things that had to be taken care of, so I wasn't able to monitor the situation as I normally would.

That's fair. Don't push yourself though. It's normal to not be okay after someone you care about leaves like that.

A sink that needs to be replaced, as well as a door that needs to be replaced and reframed.

Fair enough, I should be able to find a replacement easily enough. I'm in the Crenshaw district. A small house not far from the Watchtower. If you use the lamp, it's just a few streets south of it.

[ Ah, Ange is pretty sure why Winter might have been a little more withdrawn lately when it comes to checking out the network - but she's tactful enough to not bring it up when the other isn't mentioning it either.

Is Ange worried though? A little, yes. Maybe that's why she replies, even if she talks about something else entirely. ]

[Those who had reason to know most likely knew the cause, and for those who didn't, there was no reason to divulge the details. Winter still looked composed, though she sounded a little more distant than her usual icy demeanor.]

A few minor incidents. But I don't know much about conducting the needed repairs.

[ After all, Ange so is not a mechanic in any sort of way. But she does have a different way of helping - she's just not sure if it'll work, so she'd prefer to start a little smaller than that. ]

But if you have something small or one particular thing that needs to get done first, I could come take a swing at it.

I've found someone to help with the repairs. I just have to find the necessary replacements.

You don't have to worry about troubling yourself with it. Though if it would help, there is some extra incense here that you can take for your house. Rei always ensured there was plenty around, but I think it will do more good with the issues you've been having there.

[Maul's currently in the form of a human being so he's not showing his face on the network. Fortunately, his voice has remained the same.]

They are very intelligent creatures, so I would recommend giving them a task they need to complete every day. Mine became very taken with the idea of patrolling my property once I convinced him it was 'his.'

Generally Rei was responsible for that, and since her departure Iris has been less that cooperative about doing so. But I will try to incorporate her in my patrols and see if that helps.

If not, just bite her back if she becomes ornery and tries to snap at you. Wild creatures generally respond well to such treatment.

We haven't had that issue. Iris knows that I'm more than capable of dealing with such behavior. It so far has been just a lack of compliance or hesitation to do what is requested.

Yes, the wargs seem to have an intelligence which is above that of a normal animal. Hence the greater need for stimulation than something like a canine or bird would need.
