I can see that it's text, albeit text that's giving me a migraine headache whilst attempting to read it.
But to answer your question... part of the rebirth process involves a change in the substance and consistency to your blood. If your blood is dark colored and powdery, then congratulations, my dear, you are now a Darkblood, one of the most versatile types there are.
I doubt that particular deity is here, unless he's lurking about. You might be better off laying your plight at the feet of one of the Pthumerians, the powers that be in this place.
